Catherine us the founder of Civility Partners, Catherine Mattice , MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and is a Strategic HR Consultant who assists organizations in building positive cultures through HR practices.

Bob Berk is the Facilitator and Mediation Consultant at Civility Partners. He specializes in capacity-building for individuals and organizations and has a background in education leadership and a PhD in Leadership and Policy Studies.

Bob has trained various sectors, from education to biotech, and is skilled at resolving seemingly insurmountable conflicts.
