Ryan Bergstrom and Tim Ruge
Ryan is the Chief Product Officer for Paycor and is responsible for setting the strategy for Paycor’s HCM suite to meet SMB market needs. Ryan spent 7 years at Ultimate Software, where he served as VP of Product Management. Prior to Ultimate Software, Bergstrom held manager and director titles at Epicor Software Corporation and SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems Corporation in Product, Sales, and Customer Support functions. Bergstrom has a proven track record in creating strong product culture and shaping product direction to drive sustain growth.
Tim is Paycor’s VP of Strategic Initiatives. Since joining Paycor in 2012, Tim has led their efforts in getting customer feedback and helping deliver product features and content that helps Paycor’s customers make a difference in their organization. Tim has led the planning & launching of Paycor’s Perform Payroll, Onboarding, Time, HR and Analytics solutions over the last nine and a half years. In January, Tim began leading Paycor’s Customer Experience team and initiatives.
