Erica Wright is a Principal Partner Success Manager at Paycor and responsible for helping launch the Partner Success Support model that’s in use today. With 10 years of HCM industry experience, Erica is dedicated to building out meaningful partnerships that focus on mutual values by streamlining resources and communication and providing a positive client experience for our mutual clients.
Sam Knight is the manager of Paycor’s Benefits Advisor EDI Production Support team. He started with Paycor in early 2023 and has held multiple positions within both the EDI implementation and support teams. His team of six consultants oversees all our clients’ BA EDI production files and manages the OE EDI process as well.
Ashley Rourke, Manager of Benefits EDI Implementation Team, has been with Paycor for three years and has 15 years of benefits and EDI experience. She’s committed to delivering excellent client experiences by ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining clear, consistent communication.
Tori Bartlett serves as Senior Manager of Benefits EDI Implementation and Support teams at Paycor. Having risen through the ranks from EDI Analyst to her current leadership position, Tori brings over six years of specialized experience in EDI and Benefits. During her tenure in Implementation, she spearheaded a transformative overhaul of the implementation process, working across teams to cut cycle times by more than 50%. As a leader, she focuses on driving process improvements and efficiencies by empowering her team members.
