Catherine is a widely recognized thought-leader in HR, and she is passionate about employers’ responsibility to create the opportunity and environment for employees to thrive.

Bob Berk is the Facilitator and Mediation Consultant at Civility Partners. He specializes in capacity-building for individuals and organizations and has a background in education leadership and a PhD in Leadership and Policy Studies.Bob has trained various sectors, from education to biotech, and is skilled at resolving seemingly insurmountable conflicts.

He is most passionate about working in conflict resolution through mediation, facilitative dialogues and/or restorative conversations, coaching individuals and teams, and training topics around trust, high performing teams, feedback, and leadership.
