Bob Berk
Dr. Bob Berk is the founder and principal consultant for New Table Consulting, a group that focuses on building capacity in individuals and organizations. Bob is particularly interested in the work of high-performing teams, communication, and conflict resolution. Bob specializes in working with executives and employee teams in the for-profit, non-profit, and education sectors. While all of New Table Consulting’s services are tailored for the individual client, Bob is most passionate about working in the following areas:
- Conflict resolution through mediation, facilitative dialogues, and/or restorative conversations.
- Coaching individuals and teams – especially leadership dyads.
