Sheryl Fleming is an HR Business Advisor with Strategic HR Business Advisors. She has 30+ years of experience in all areas of HR in the banking, retail, and healthcare industries. Her proven success in improving operations, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers and team members consistently results in achieving and exceeding company goals.

Sheryl’s HR Generalist experience ranges from being an HR department of one to collaborating with teams across large companies and multiple locations. In essence, she can do it all!

Sheryl specializes in the areas of employee relations, training and development, and is versed in creating and measuring Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Using her knowledge, expertise, and thoughtful approach, Sheryl effectively connects with all levels of employees to promote teamwork and positive relationships.

Sheryl earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Journalism from Miami University and obtained her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. Sheryl currently holds an SHRM-SCP certification as a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources Management, and she previously held an SPHR certification as a Senior Professional in HR from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
