The COR is our intranet and connects associates to the business and to each other. We share a customizable weekly email digest with the latest news and our semi-annual meeting is a bit of a party with live talks from our executive team.

Building Connections

Building relationships with your coworkers is vital and helps them build trust with you.

Most managers have weekly one-on-ones and quarterly connects with their direct reports. We also offer a variety of employee resource groups, a culture champion network, informal Zoom channels for everyone from Floridians to book lovers, and an extensive course catalog of learning and training.
