Paycor and the Cincinnati Bengals are proud to announce that our second annual Earn Your Stripes contest was a smashing success! The contest invites minority-owned businesses in the Tri-State area to showcase their innovation and leadership. The winner receives a special sponsorship package from the Cincinnati Bengals, which provides them with valuable exposure and community support.
Congratulations to Mixicles, our 2024 champion! Mixicles is an eco-friendly, woman-owned business based in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine (OTR) neighborhood. Stemming from their mission to reduce food waste, Mixicles sells botanically infused ice cubes you can add to any drink. The company also supports local culture, sourcing ingredients from Cincinnati vendors and donating money to non-profits in the area.
The selection process wasn’t easy. We’re blown away by the passion and innovation of all our applicants, especially our finalists. Along with Mixicles, they were:
