Paycor encourages Associates to take time off to relax and recharge, with up to 25 PTO days given to associates. And as a virtual-first company, we also offer flexible work hours. We also provide additional 5 days that can be used as sick leave throughout the year.

What’s the Interview Process Like?
The first interview is an online interview between the applicant and the HR representative. Early interview conversations typically focus on applicants’ experience, skills, work history, and availability, as well as introducing the applicants to our company, benefits, and culture.
Our professional, well-designed interviews serve as an extension of your brand and personality. The technical interview is meant to assess your technical ability for the role and the depth and breadth of your knowledge in your chosen field.
Technical interviews are also designed to assess your problem-solving and communication skills.
The final interview often includes conversations with the company’s senior leadership or a more in-depth discussion with an interviewer from an earlier stage in the hiring process.
