This isn’t a call center kind of place. We assign a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to each client. Every specialist is backed by a team including tax, banking and IT specialists that can be called upon to provide expert answers.
Same-Day Call Return.
When you call us and leave a message, we will make every effort to return your call the same day. If your question or issue requires additional research, we will let you know when we will get back to you with an answer.
Next-Day Payroll Availability.
We ensure next-day payroll availability when payroll information is provided to us by 3:00 PM EST on your scheduled processing date.
Accountability.
We consider ourselves your partners in payroll. It is our responsibility to provide accurate payroll processing and tax filing based on the data you provide. As an added measure, we regularly review and edit every client’s payroll totals and tax filings to ensure accuracy.
