Paycor Culture & Careers

Are you looking for a company that values outstanding performance, where you’ll be challenged and where you can grow personally and professionally? At Paycor opportunity awaits. We are a dynamic growth company that thrives because our Associates grow and develop with us.

At Paycor, your achievements won’t go unnoticed. All levels of associates have a personal stake in the success of the company through our stock option program. In fact, more than 50% of the company is owned by Paycor Associates. As Paycor performs, we all win.

Our associates are not just passionate about their careers; they’re passionate about the communities in which we work. To us, community involvement is not just an annual donation drive or a one-time volunteer project; it’s a fundamental year-round commitment that defines our culture. One of our recent new hires found a fit in Paycor and here’s why:

“I’ve never been with a company that promotes so many activities to bring the whole office together; from mentoring at the local elementary school to supporting Team in Training, it really boosts the morale and makes me feel like I’m part of a strong team.”

Whether it’s participating in the Flying Pig Marathon or mentoring local elementary students and inner city youth or working with Accounting for Kids, opportunities find our associates. More than a quarter of our associates volunteer at Cincinnati’s Flying Pig Marathon, nearly 45% of our Cincinnati-based associates volunteer regularly at a local elementary school and our Accounting and Sales departments spend time with Accounting for Kids to teach children about money and finance.

We also remember to have fun along the way.  We stay connected with fun and informative activities such as our company-wide Quarterly Breakfast Meeting.  At this event, we celebrate our wins, share financial results and discuss plans for the future, but this is no stuffy corporate event.  At a recent breakfast our CEO, Bob, grabbed the mike and sang a Johnny Cash song. At another breakfast, our VP of Treasury and Risk Management, Chuck, dressed up like Paula Abdul to judge contestants in Paycor’s own American Idol competition. Like we said, this is not your typical corporate event. Of course, Paycor is not your typical company.

If you’re hard working and passionate about serving your clients and community, we’d like to meet you.
